At this time, we only ship to the contiguous US (48 states). We unfortunately don't currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii but hope to in the future.

Shipping is free on ALL orders 😎 (Yep, you heard that right.)

Consumerhaus is a true marketplace, meaning that all orders will be shipped directly by the brand. If your order contains products from multiple brands, you'll receive multiple packages.

Most brands will ship out orders within 1-3 business days, and delivery will typically take another 2-7 business days (depending on your location). You can track your order anytime via the link in your shipping confirmation email or at Track Your Order.

Unfortunately, because orders are processed as quickly as possible, we’re unable to make any changes to orders. Consumerhaus is not responsible for any incorrect order information (such as incorrect customer addresses).

At this time, Consumerhaus does not accept returns due to the nature of our perishable and consumable products (as well as for our consumers’ safety). Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific product.

If approved, your refund will be issued via your original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds will typically appear on your statement within 10 business days, but please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If, for some reason, you don't receive a refund, please reach out to us at hey@consumer.haus.
