Shipping & Refunds

Consumerhaus is a true marketplace, meaning that all orders will be shipped directly by the brand. If your order contains products from multiple brands, you will receive multiple packages. Most brands will ship out orders within 1-3 business days, and delivery will typically take another 2-7 business days (depending on your location). You can track your order anytime via the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

At this time, Consumerhaus does not accept returns due to the nature of our perishable and consumable products (as well as for our consumers’ safety). Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific product.

If approved for a refund, your refund will be issued via your original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds will typically appear on your statement within 10 business days, but please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If, for some reason, you have not received a refund, please reach out to us at hey@consumer.haus.
