Drink Simple was founded by Kate Weiler and Jeff Rose, seasoned triathletes with a huge passion for health and wellness. Kate and Jeff were in Canada for the Ironman Mont-Tremblant triathlon in 2013 when they first encountered maple water. While waiting in a coffee shop to pick up their registration bibs, Kate stumbled across a carton of maple water for sale. They were both shocked at how hydrating the beverage was, and even more shocked to discover that it was packed with nutrients and contained less sugar than coconut water. Having witnessed the exploding demand for coconut water, Kate and Jeff wondered about the untapped potential for their new discovery.

For the next few months, Kate and Jeff couldn’t stop thinking about maple water. After paying $150 to get $20 worth of product shipped from Canada, they decided to take a leap of faith and launch a maple water company. They spoke to dozens of maple farmers and packaging partners in order to bring their vision to life. Following the launch of their pure maple water beverage, Kate and Jeff introduced a new line of flavored sparkling maple waters with no added sugars. In a world full of products with junk ingredients, the Drink Simple team is proud to tap refreshment directly from nature to empower a healthy mind, body, and soul.
